PATIENT ONLINE CLINIC
You now have the option of registering online before your visit. Pre-registration will save you valuable time and allow the staff to give you more efficient service upon your arrival. Please enter the secure Patient Online Clinic portal to complete your insurance, demographics and health history prior to your appointment. You can also request an appointment time, communicate with the staff and refill your prescriptions. You will need to have your insurance cards and medication list readily available to complete registration.
To insure that your registration will be processed prior to your appointment, complete your online registration 24 - 48 hours prior to your arrival. Allow about 15 minutes to complete this process. If you have any questions about the online registration, please contact our office at 410-848-0020.
ABOUT YOUR VISIT
First visits usually take approximately 60-90 minutes. Dilation of your eyes will probably be required for the examination. Since the effects of eye drops can take several hours to wear off, it's best that you plan not to drive yourself immediately after the appointment and arrange for someone else to drive if possible. You should take the following items with you to the appointment:
  • List of medications and eye drops
  • Glasses and contact lenses
  • Insurance cards
  • Identification
  • Referral form (if applicable)
  • Sunglasses
INSURANCE PLANS
We participate with Medicare, Blue Shield, most HMO's and many commercial insurances. Co-payments and deductibles, as well as charges for refraction and other non-covered services will be collected at the time of the office visit. Payments may be made in cash, personal check, Master Card, or Visa.

Our staff would be happy to submit a claim on your behalf for eye care services. Be sure to bring your insurance information along when you visit. If you do not have your insurance card or referral you may reschedule the appointment until such information is received or you may pay for the visit in full at the time of service.
